IF VESSEL FAILS TO PASS HOLD CONDITION INSPECTION, LAYTIME CEASES TO COUNT UNTIL VESSEL RE-PASS HOLD CONDITION INSPECTION BY INDEPENDENT SURVEYOR AND THE RELEVANT EXPENSES TO BE FOR OWNERS ACCOUNT.
17. TENDERING OF NOTICE OF READINESS - MASTER SHALL RESPECTIVELY TENDER NOTICE OF READINESS IN WRITING OR BY CABLE / TELEX AT L/D PORT DURING OFFICE HOURS (MONDAY TO FRIDAY 0800 ¨C 1800 HOURS AND SATURDAY 0800 ¨C 1200 HOURS), WIPON WIBON WICCON WIFPON. 24 HOURS TT AT ALL PORTS BENDS
18. COMMENCEMENT OF LAYTIME - LAYTIME SHALL COMMENCE AT 1300 HOURS IF NOTICE OF READINESS IS GIVEN DURING OFFICE HOURS BEFORE NOON, OR 0800HRS THE NEXT WORKING DAY IF NOTICE OF READINESS IS GIVEN DURING OFFICE HOURS AFTER NOON, UNLESS SOONER COMMENCED.
LAYTIME AT L/D PORT SHALL CEASE TO COUNT UPON COMPLETION OF LOADING OR DISCHARGE.
19. SHIP'S GEARS - VESSEL TO WORK DAY AND NIGHT, IF REQUIRED, AND ALL CARGO GEARS SHALL BE AT CHARTERERS / SHIPPERS / RECEIVERS DISPOSAL FREE OF CHARGE. VESSEL TO GIVE FREE USE OF LIGHTS AS FITTED ONBOARD, IN HOLDS AND ON DECK, FOR NIGHT WORK. IN SPITE OF POSSESSION OF VALID AND UP-TO-DATE CERTIFICATES, OWNERS SHALL ENSURE THAT THROUGHOUT THE CONTRACTED PERIOD SHIP'S CARGO GEARS ARE CAREFULLY AND PROPERLY MAINTAINED IN FULLY WORKABLE CONDITIONS. IN THE EVENT OF DISABLEMENT OF CARGO GEARS BY REASON OF BREAKDOWN OR INSUFFICIENT POWER SUPPLY, HIRE OF FLOATING CRANES TO BE FOR OWNERS ARRANGEMENT AND ACCOUNT, TIME LOST SHALL NOT COUNT AS LAYTIME OR TIME ON DEMURRAGE.
20. PORT RESTRICTIONS BENDS - IT IS OWNERS LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY TO SATISFY THEMSELVES WITH PORT RESTRICTIONS BENDS.
21. ISM CODE - THROUGHOUT THE CONTRACTED VOYAGE, THE VESSEL AND "THE COMPANY" (AS DEFINED BY THE ISM CODE) SHALL STRICTLY COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ISM CODE. UPON REQUEST OWNERS SHALL PROVIDE A COPY OF RELEVANT DOCUMENTS OF COMPLIANCE (DOC) AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE (SMC) TO CHARTERERS. 24. GRAB DISCHARGE - CARGO TO BE LOADED INTO MAIN HOLDS ONLY, NO CARGO TOBE LOADED INTO DEEP TANKS OR OTHER PLACE WHERE NO ACCESSIBLE BY GRAB. OWNERS GUARANTEE THAT ALL CARGO HOLDS ARE WITHOUT OBSTACLES AND / OR BULKHEADS AND VESSEL IS SUITABLE FOR GRAB DISCHARGING.
25. RELEASE OF CARGO AT DISPORT - IF ORIGINAL BILLS OF LADING ARE NOT AVAILABLE UPON VESSEL'S ARRIVAL AT DISCHARGE PORT, OWNERS / MASTER SHALL DISCHARGE AND RELEASE THE ENTIRE CARGO TO RECEIVERS AGAINST CHARTERERS OR RECEIVERS SINGLE LOI IN OWNERS PNI CLUB WORDINGS.
26. ITF REGULATIONS - VESSEL SHALL ALWAYS BE MANNED ACCORDING TO ITF REGULATIONS OR EQUIVALENT AND CARRY CERTIFICATE TO THIS EFFECT.
